E3 2012-The Last of Us Gameplay Trailer!!!

Sony brought some heat with their line up at E3, but the “OH $H!#!” moment came from the game play footage from The Last of Us. Naughty Dog has had the industry buzzing since announcing the game, and this game play footage should show that all the buzz was well deserved. The graphics are amazing, the game looks like a darker, scarier Uncharted… this looks to be a heavyweight title for the PS3. Here is some info on the game from the PlayStation Channel on YouTube:

The Last of Us is genre-defining experience blending survival and action elements to tell a character driven story about a population decimated by a modern plague. Cities are abandoned and being reclaimed by nature. Remaining survivors are killing each other for food, weapons and whatever they can find. Joel, a ruthless survivor, and Ellie, a young teenage girl who’s braver and wiser beyond her years, must work together to survive their journey across what remains of the United States.
