We are back with “Let’s Kickstart This!” for 2026! To kick off the new year, we are spotlighting a comic book from Dark Myth Comics: Ayot Nom-Cost of Return!

Ayot Nom: Cost of Return is a black and white, 22-page comic about consequence, identity, and violence you cannot outrun. This project follows Ayot Nom, a man forced from Japan as a child, hardened into an assassin in Thailand, and finally pulled back home to face the past he tried to bury.

By David K. Montoya, G.D. Patrick, Mario E. Martinez, Godstime Ismail and Drew D. Lenhart, this books looks promising! As the Kickstarter page states, this book is completely finished. The story, art, lettering, and editing are done, and every creator has already been paid. This campaign is focused on one thing only, getting Ayot Nom: Cost of Return printed and into your hands.
