Action Force: Senshi Review

I’ve been following Action Force from Valaverse since its inception, with a Sgt. Slaughter figure serving as my introduction to the line. Over the years, I’ve watched it evolve in leaps and bounds, and now, as I review Senshi from the latest wave, it’s clear just how far this line has come.
Packed in a sleek, well designed package, Senshi comes loaded with an impressive array of accessories:
- Four pairs of hands
- Machine gun, silencer, and pistol
- Katana with scabbard
- Helmet, night vision goggles, and mask
- Display stand
Right out of the box, Senshi impresses. The articulation is slightly stiff at first, but after a bit of careful movement, the joints loosen up without needing the usual heating method that many modern figures require. The helmet and mask fit seamlessly, which is a major plus. Even more impressive, the weapons fit perfectly in the hands—no forcing, no risk of breakage, just smooth usability.
The paint applications are top-tier, with incredible detail on the samurai-inspired armor, masks, and head sculpt. The night vision goggles clip into the helmet effortlessly, adding another tactical dimension to the figure.
Let’s set the record straight—Action Force is NOT a G.I. Joe knockoff. This line has carved out its own identity, standing tall as a modern action figure line that holds its own against the best. It doesn’t play second fiddle to G.I. Joe Classified—it’s in a league of its own.

Rating: 4.5 Pastrami Nations out of 5.

A near-perfect figure that showcases how far Action Force has come. A must-have for collectors!
