This year, DesignerCon 2024 made a bold move to the World Market Center in Las Vegas, and it turned out to be nothing short of spectacular. Known for celebrating the best in designer toys, art, and pop culture, the event raised the bar with its incredible lineup of vendors, artists, and exhibits.
One of the first things that struck us was the fantastic layout of the exhibit hall floor. The design felt intuitive, ensuring a steady flow of foot traffic while allowing attendees to fully immerse themselves in the creative magic at every turn. The spacious aisles, creative booth setups, and ample opportunities for interaction made it easy to explore without feeling overwhelmed.
The booths themselves were showstoppers. From global giants to independent creators, every corner of the convention was filled with artistry. Pop Mart showcased their iconic blind boxes, drawing fans to their whimsical and collectible designs. Four Horsemen Studios turned heads with their intricately detailed figures, a must-see for fans of high-end action figures and collectible art. Stance brought their new collectibles and streetwear edge, adding a stylish flair to the event. Longtime favorite 3D Retro delivered an impressive selection of designer toys, while Mondo captivated attendees with their bold posters, vinyl figures, and unique collaborations.
The artist roster was equally stellar, featuring talent from across the nation. It was inspiring to meet creators behind some of the most innovative works in pop culture, from painters and sculptors to digital artists and custom toy designers. Their passion was palpable, and the opportunity to chat with these visionaries added a deeply personal touch to the event. Live demos, signings, and exclusive drops created a buzz of excitement that lasted the entire weekend.
