The studios that brought the world Mortal Kombat is now once again focusing on the DC Universe. Check out the reveal trailer for the newest fighter, Injustice: Gods Among Us! Here is the official press release:

BURBANK, Calif. – May 31, 2012 – What if our greatest heroes became our greatest threat? Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today announced Injustice: Gods Among Us, an all-new game in development by award-winning NetherRealm Studios, creators of the definitive fighting game franchise Mortal Kombat. The game is scheduled for release in 2013 for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and the Wii U™ system from Nintendo.

Injustice: Gods Among Us debuts as a bold new fighting game franchise that introduces a deep, original story featuring a large cast of favorite DC Comics icons such as Batman, Harley Quinn, Solomon Grundy, Superman, The Flash, Wonder Woman and many others. Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Deploys This November

Well, time to go back to the future.

The latest in the Call of Duty franchise was announced today, and like many thought, it ended up being the sequel to the 2010 hit, Black Ops. Except you are not returning to your old stomping ground: you’re going to the year 2025.

That’s right, the future is here, with robots, lasers and all that you can imagine. One view of the trailer, and you will know this is not the Black Ops you remember, which isn’t bad.

Black Ops 2 is slated to invade stores November 13th, just in time for all the blockbuster games to duke it out.
