World Suicide Prevention Day is an awareness day observed on September 10 every year, in order to provide worldwide commitment and action to prevent suicides. Grandstand joins that commitment with this EXCLUSIVE cap with a semicolon, which signifies a pause not a end.
A mere pause that allows you to regroup and push forward and continue because you still have more of your story to tell. BREATHE. It’s okay. You ARE going to be okay. Just breathe, and remind yourself of all the times in the past that you’ve felt this way. All the times you’ve felt this anxious and this overwhelmed. All the times you’ve felt this level of pain. And remind yourself of how each time you MADE IT THROUGH. Life has thrown so much at you, and despite how difficult things have been you’ve SURVIVED.
