Square Enix’s Play Arts Kai Figures Reimagine Thor and Darth Maul

Square Enix has brought something amazing to the collectible world with their Play Arts Kai line of action figures. With line ups featuring DC Comics, Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, and more, they have constantly released high quality collectibles that stand alone in the market. With the two newest additions, Square Enix continues to show the creativity with already established characters.

Just shown today, we see the latest addition to the Star Wars universe with Darth Maul. The Sith Lord comes with an interchangeable head, hands, a stand, as well as multiple variations to his now classic lightsaber. The detail on the figure looks amazing. This is the fourth figure in the Star Wars line, which features the already announced Darth Vader, Stormtrooper and Boba Fett. You can pre-order Darth Maul now HERE.

For the Marvel Comics side of things, we saw the full reveal of the God of Thunder himself, Thor, last week. Following the already announced Iron Man and Spider-Man, Thor features a variant costume designed for this Play Arts Kai figure. The figure features an interchangeable face, hands, his mighty hammer Mjolnir, lightning effects, a base and more. The figure towers at 11 inches, and looks downright amazing.
